Phone Calendar: A Year in Flowers

£12.00

For people who love gardening, but hate feeling behind.

You love your garden, the scent of soil after rain, the quiet of a morning spent outside, but keeping track of what to do and when can feel like a full-time job. You miss sowing windows, start tasks you’re not ready for, and find yourself Googling advice that only leaves you more confused. Why? Because you keep track of everything else on your phone, but the sowing calendar is a paper one, on the kitchen wall.

This calendar is your antidote to that chaos. A beautifully designed digital calendar that lives quietly in your phone.

It gives you gentle, timely reminders through the year, written in calm, practical language that tells you exactly what to do, and when to do it.

No overwhelm, no spreadsheets, no late-night panic-sowing. Just a steady rhythm that keeps you in step with the seasons.

What it does

  • Tells you exactly what to sow, plant, and cut each week.

  • Sends subtle reminders at the right moment (not at midnight) at the weekends when you’ll actually be ready to garden

  • Prevents missed windows and wasted seedlings.

  • Planning ahead reminders to make sure you have everything in preparation for sowing or planting days

  • Includes all my favourite varieties of things and links to buy. No frantic Googling.

  • Lives within your normal calendar — no extra apps, no learning curve.

Each event includes a short note written to you, from me, to help you garden with confidence and grace, even when life is busy.

How it works

  1. Buy the calendar once.

  2. Open the pdf with full set up instructions and the personalised .ics link from your confirmation email.

  3. Use a computer to add it to your usual calendar app (Apple, Google, Outlook) and this will sync automatically to your phone.

  4. That’s it. You’ll see your year unfold, one thoughtful prompt at a time.

You can add it, hide it, or remove it whenever you wish. It won’t replace your existing events — it simply sits alongside them, like a quiet friend who remembers what you’d otherwise forget.

Why digital?

Because wall calendars are lovely, but I know life happens elsewhere , and your life is on your phone, in your pocket. And this one sends you reminders…

Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve bought the calendar — what happens next?

You will get a confirmation email, and a delivery email. In the delivery email, there will be a PDF guide and a link to subscribe to your calendar. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions inside (it takes less than a minute).

Will it work on my phone?

Yes. The calendar works with:

  • iPhones & iPads

  • Android phones

  • Desktop computers

  • Outlook calendars

  • Apple Calendar, and

  • Google Calendar

If you can open a single link, you can use this calendar — no extra apps required.

What exactly will appear in my calendar?

You’ll see seasonal reminders and cut flower jobs such as sowing, pinching, planting out, or harvesting — all scheduled to match the rhythms of a UK garden. Each event includes short (some not so short) notes from me, so you always know what to do and why it matters.

Can I add it to my existing calendar?

Yes. It will appear as a separate calendar, so you can toggle it on or off whenever you like. Your work meetings and your sweet peas will coexist peacefully.

How often is it updated?

You’ll receive at least full year of seasonal events as soon as you subscribe. If anything changes or I update it, you’ll automatically get the update — you don’t need to do a thing. It will reach an end at around 12 minths after you bought it but don’t worry, you can buy it every year!

What if I start mid-year?

That’s absolutely fine. You’ll still receive all upcoming events for 12 months from the moment you join, and you can look ahead to next season. The garden doesn’t mind where you begin.

Can I redownload it later?

Yes. Your original email link will always work, or you can contact me to resend it.

Is this for flowers only?

Yes, this edition focuses on cut flowers, with sowing and tending times for a wide range of varieties. Future editions will include kitchen gardens and orchards (watch this space).

Can I share it?

This code will only work for you so it isn’t shareable. If you would like someone else to have it, they will need to go to the shop and buy one. (I am working on gifting…)

What if I need help?

If you get stuck or your phone behaves mysteriously, simply reply to this email. I’ll guide you through it personally — no bots, no tech jargon.
