TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By joining Gather with Grace Alexander you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
The content within Gather with Grace Alexander is access only. You will be able to access it as long as you are an active member.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are taken on the same date of every month via Stripe.
Changes to debit/credit card details can be make in Your Account
Three payment defaults will result in cancellation of membership
Payments will continue until cancelled by you. You can cancel your membership at any time in Your Account
REFUND POLICY
Money back guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a refund on your cancelled membership at any time. If you would have cancelled your membership and would like to request a refund please contact grace@gracealexanderflowers.co.uk with details of why you were not satisfied with your membership plan.
CANCELLATION
The monthly fee will remain the same whilst you are a member. If you cancel, you may re-enroll in the future during open enrollment if desired at the current membership price.
If your membership is cancelled due to non-payment and it has to be reinstated you will lose access to bonus content or special offers.
You may cancel your membership at any time, but to avoid drafts you must provide at least a 72-hour advance notice of your payment date.
Please follow the instructions here to cancel your account.
No refunds will be issued for any monthly payments and monthly fees will not be prorated.
All requests for cancellation will be processed immediately and you will be removed from the membership content, mailing list, and Instagram community when your cancellation is processed.
Gather with Grace Alexander is an inclusive and safe place, including for those who are more traditionally excluded from horticulture and gardening spaces. The core values of me and therefore my businesses are kindness, respect and fairness. If I consider you to have engaged in any interactions with me or other members that I consider to be derogatory or bullying, I reserve the right to terminate your membership without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. Please only sign up to Gather with Grace Alexander if you respect others and understand my stance on social justice which is detailed here.

Access to the Gather shop; curated and extra-special things for your home and garden (please note, I cannot ship seed overseas)

Interviews and advice from the gardeners and growers who are creating the most beauty right now
Quarterly digital journal of diary entries, seasonal jobs and kitchen garden recipes.
Membership does not entitle you to copy or share any material within the Membership space unless expressly stated otherwise.
